Description

We have a room available for rent in our home in Centennial starting June 1st. Rent is $925/month, with utilities typically ranging $80–$150/month. The room is the master bedroom in the house and includes an ensuite bathroom and a large 3-door closet. The house also includes street parking and a rotating garage parking spot. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the High Line Canal, perfect for biking, running, or walks. We’re also in a convenient location:
2 minutes to Trader Joe’s
10 minutes to the University of Denver
12 minutes to the Denver Tech Center
15–20 minutes to Wash Park and Cherry Creek
25 minutes to Downtown Denver About the house:
There are three of us total (mid–late 20s). We’re fairly quiet during the week since we all have busy schedules, but we enjoy hanging out, hosting the occasional summer BBQ, and getting outside when we can. We’re a pretty outdoorsy group! We enjoy things like hiking, camping, skiing/snowboarding, going to shows, movies, reading, traveling and exploring Denver. We also have a very friendly dog, but unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional pets. Contact me if interested!
