Veteran seeks a place to call home

Hi, my name is Johnnetta aka Jazzy. I am a 60-year old disabled veteran who is respectful, responsible and quiet. I can get around on my own, but use a cane sometimes. I am looking for a room with a PRIVATE BATHROOM to rent in Las Vegas, preferably near 89169, the Strip, the Arts District or FremontStreet. Id also prefer no pets other than fish. I do smoke good cigars OUTSIDE ONLY and I AM NOT 420 FRIENDLY! My budget is $1300 and I would like to move on May 1st. Thanx
