Primary Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom

Large primary bedroom in 3 bed / 2.5 bath Townhouse. $1000 a month (pro rated through the month of move in.)
First and last to move in.
We can work out a payment plan for the last month so it’s not all upfront. Sorry this isn’t a kid friendly home. Private room with private bath and walk-in closet. Everything included including WiFi and a few different streaming services. Looking for an individual to rent out the room (female preferred but everyone considered 🙂). There are currently 2 males living in the home but at the end of April a female (myself) will be taking over 1 room.
I have 3 little dogs so I won’t be able to allow any other animals.
(Would consider cat that stays in Bedroom.) Everyone living here is in their early to mid 30’s Both of the people you would be living with would be working from home but also keep to themselves. 420 friendly home
Shared kitchen and living area.
Can possibly make space in the garage for some extra storage.
