Seeking three clean, professional, and drug-free individuals to fill the available bedrooms. Available now or by April 1. Applicants must be employed and prepared to provide pay stubs; background checks will be conducted. All utilities are included, along with access to a pool and jacuzzi, and internet. Looking for clean, respectful roommates who will maintain a peaceful living environment. One parking spot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with plenty of additional street parking nearby. A refrigerator in the garage is provided for extra food storage. Roommates are expected to keep common areas clean and well-maintained. Monthly rent is $1,300 with a $1,300 security deposit. Rent is due on the first of each month, and a $25 late fee will be charged for each day it is overdue. Rooms are available either furnished or unfurnished, with an additional charge for furnished options.
