AVAILABLE on April 1. I can't seem to change it on the listing. There is one furnished room for rent in this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house for $750 per month all bills paid. Internet, electricity, gas, water, etc. are included. (I do not have cable) The room is furnished with a queen bed (but can be switched to a double of desired) nightstand, chest of drawers, desk and a desk chair. The room is private as is the bathroom. You would have access to all the common areas (kitchen, living room, den, etc) as well as laundry facilities. You would have half of the 2 car garage for your vehicle. I do not have a pool but you would have access to the community pool which is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. It is only open during the summer months. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and well maintained..
