Room to take over/Sub-lease

Hi. I am looking for someone to take over my roon for until my lease finishes on July 31st, with the potential to renew. The room is in the Landings at Chandler Crossings. The monthly rent is $609 with expenses ($13 for insurance and $6 for general use of other utilities like water and internet)(only gas and electricity you have to pay for yourself. Prices for that vary.) It's a good room overall in a nice quiet environment with 2 other roommates that are quiet and respectful, each in their own room. The room is available May 1st.
