Roommate needed asap!

Hi! My friend Rebecca and I have a room with a shared bathroom available in Riverton, Utah, ready to move in. The room is unfurnished.
It’s a pretty laid-back and clean house. Rebecca is a waitress and works a lot, and I work and am also a part-time student, so we both tend to stay pretty busy. We’re also pet friendly and we play games together in our free time.
We’re looking for someone clean and respectful to join the house.
Rent:
• $750/month for a 6-month lease
• $700/month for a 12-month lease
(All utilities included)
Deposits:
• $200 refundable deposit for lease
Pets:
Pets are allowed with a $20–$50 monthly pet fee depending on the animal, plus a $200 refundable pet deposit. Cats are usually around $20/month.
There’s also a $35 background check, and if you pass, that $35 goes toward your deposit.
