Roommate needed mid May/early June

Hiii! My boyfriend, best friend, and I are looking for another roommate to move into our townhome. The lease is a year long and the utilities are super cheap. The pictures we used of the house are off Zillow so they aren’t the best but still good. Parking is super easy, you would more than likely park in the garage with me. It’s a very safe gated community less than 10 minutes away from the CSUSM campus. In the house there is two dogs (trained) and a bunny (you’ll never see her she’s always with me lol). We all work and I still am going to school as well so we have pretty busy schedules but like to hang out when we can. We’ve all known each other since middle school. Everyone gets up and falls asleep at different times but we’re all very respectful of what’s going on in the house. The move in date would be around mid May to very very early June.
