Washer/dryer in unit. Includes all utilities (and internet), $1250/month, not including security deposit. Looking for roommate asap. Condo within minutes of Totem Lake, Evergreen hospital and the 405. Across the street from Kingsgate library. Must be ok living with cats. Pls message me for details
