The monthly rent is $750 + (splitting utilities ( Comed, Nicor Gas, Comscast)) and the room is available immediately. Must be single male. No pets are allowed. Non-smoker (any form). Strict rule on no visitors past 10pm or overnight. I am a Christian and there might be more common ground, understanding if you are of the same faith. If you qualify or can agree to terms.
