URGENT LEASE TAKEOVER!

looking for someone to take over my girlfriends lease asap. the lease term is until August and can be renewed. At a new construction complex, has every amenity you could imagine and is pet friendly. It is a 3x2 but rented by the room, her lease is for the master bedroom, private bathroom and walk in closet. in unit washer and dryer. the other 2 rooms are unoccupied so you can have the whole unit to yourself or have friends move in with you on their own lease. rent is 1489 plus utilities. comes fully furnished. relocating for work and need to move out ASAP!!
