Roommate Opportunity

Description

I am looking for a dependable, respectful roommate who may also be interested in an optional paid Care Assistant position. This is a unique opportunity for someone responsible who is open to learning new skills while living in a supportive home environment. Housing Details
Private bedroom provided
Shared bathroom with one other roommate
Street and driveway parking available (no covered parking)
No rent or utilities required in exchange for overnight assistance Overnight Responsibilities (Roommate Agreement)
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Overnight assistance includes
Helping with transfers in and out of bed (using a Hoyer lift or lifting assistance)
Assisting with suprapubic catheter bag changes
Occasional turning or repositioning during the night if needed
Light cooking and cleaning
No previous experience is required. Training will be provided. Optional Paid Care Assistant Position
This position is optional and not required for the roommate.
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday
Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (hours may vary slightly) Pay
$15 per hour
Approximately 8 hours per shift Requirements
Must be dependable and respectful
Comfortable around a large German Shepherd
No additional pets allowed
No smoking or drinking permitted
Comfortable learning basic caregiving tasks
Comfortable driving an accessible pickup truck Ideal Candidate
