I am moving because I am going to go to school in the Caribbean’s and leaving end of March. So would be available April 1st- July 31st. Base rent is $855+covered parking $35+ monthly utility fee $28 =$918 Utilities range from $68-73 Pet friendly if you have one. You would have your own room and private bathroom attached.
