I am looking for a roommate to sign a 1 yr lease with on a house or a duplex. No apartments. Prefer Springdale or Fayetteville area. Move date: Immediately-soon? My approx budget for rent is $800. Female preferred, but not required. I work full time M-F days, at my job 11+ years. 420 friendly. I’m 49, quiet, easy to get along with, clean. I will have visitors, and my grandson (9yr) overnight occasionally, very well behaved.
