Quality Tenant Wanted

Description

Being a landlord is my side hustle and my 2nd income so I take it seriously. I vet my tenants through backgrounds, credit checks and criminal history. Looking for one more tenant. Room is available very shortly (March). House has full gym, washer/dryer access upstairs, full loft, indoor sauna and soon a completed backyard with pergola (coming summer 2026). Rent is hundred. $ hundred deposit. Respectful, serious tenants only please. 21 and over. Males or females welcomed. Co-ed house currently. 2 males 2 females. 1 female is leaving in March.
