Private Room in 5Br/3Bath House

Description

Looking for 1-2 roommates to fill out our 5 Bedroom / 3 Bath San Marcos home. Move in dates flexible but room pictured will be vacant end of March / early April. We also have a second upstairs bedroom that could be available ASAP (either furnished or unfurnished) if wanting to move in sooner or move [REDACTED] with a friend) in to share a bathroom. Rent flexible depending on how many people / rooms you would like to consider. We are open to whatever timeline / rent works best for someone who fits current vibe. Current lease ends June 30th but if working well we’d hope to sign new 1 year lease with our new roomie! About us:
Jailene and I are veterinary professionals and animal lovers. We’ve lived here almost 3 years and love our home / nature filled neighborhood. Jai works nights so must be mindful of noise during the day and respectful of family calendar / schedules. Love our cozy nights in, puzzling, house plant tending, crafting of all sorts, and eating good food. Currently host a craft night once a month, can make some delicious family meals or shared sourdough loaves, and love to go to the zoo / nursery / thrifting on the weekend. House perks:
- Right off the 78 - easy access to commutes - Beautiful hiking trails surrounding house for trail runs / dog walks - Central fan with AC - Gigantic backyard thats just itching for a garden if you’re green thumb inclined - Spacious kitchen - Living spaces already furnished

- Open to all gender identities - Preferably mid 20s-mid 30s but flexible - LGBTQIA+ friendly - No children - unfortunately current dog is not kid-savvy/tolerant - Preferably no big pets since we already have furry friends but open to discussion of more animals - pending landlord approval - Definitely open to expanding zoo of little, room kept pets - we have 2 crested geckos and 2 sulcata tortoises and love all things scaly / slimy
