Beautiful apartment for rent

Hi,guys, I'm renting my 1BD/1BA for 5 weeks, from May 10th until June 13th. My place is at the border of Culver City and Westchester, near the airport and beaches(15 minutes drive to the beach).Place is perfect for people in medical field with all the hospitals in the area. My place is very cozy, with a fireplace and balcony, a comfortable bed. Shopping is convenient, with plazas and malls nearby. My complex has a resort-style pool, jacuzzis, and gym. I require full payment upfront and a signed agreement to exit the property by June 13th. You will have the entire place to yourself plus secure parking spot right across from the apartment. All utilities are included in the price including WiFi etc. This is a very safe neighborhood with very [REDACTED] in gated community. I'm looking for serious inquiries only, and I require a photo ID or passport. This rental is ideal for a short-term visitor to LA. Initially I was asking for $4200, at the current moment I am lowering the price by $500, and I am asking for $3700 that can be split in half and be paid $1850 in April and second half before move in day in May.
