Looking for someone to take over my lease for the school year since I’ll be graduating soon! One fully furnished room with a private bath in an empty on a room-by-room basis (good for single or roommates!)

Uclub is fantastic! I’ve lived here for 3 years and couldn’t recommend it more! Directly on a bus route and within a mile of campus.

Reletting will allow you to choose your roommates faster! I’m also willing to throw in the first month of covered parking!
