Respectful, Clean, & Responsible

Been in professional in healthcare for several decades. Recently moved back into San Diego area. Have income but small until start working again. Looking for a place that can get settled in. No problems or issues

I have a daughter that is in high school. She will go back and forth to her dad's and where I am. There are no issues between her father and me. So no drama there. Interested in a stable place for us. Won't be home a lot. I don't party and not my mindset right now. I don't mind what others do with their time.

Went through rough divorce. Needing to start over again. My intention is to keep a low profile and work like crazy. I am very clean, respectful, reliable, and organized. I love to cook and bake. Given the opportunity, I will make lots of food and keep place clean.
