Looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s half of the lease. Prefer male-identifying, but open to all genders/non-genders and couples.

🐾 Pet-friendly (additional pets allowed). Must be okay with cats — one 9 year old senior and one [REDACTED] here.

📄 Lease ends in July (I plan to renew — can discuss in June).

• ~8 minutes to Universal Gate 2

Utilities average $/month (includes WiFi, water, electricity, and amenities).

You will be added to the lease and must provide pay stubs/bank statements showing 3x rent income (combined with mine and based off gross).
