Hi! I have a private room with its own bathroom available for $ + utilities in a bath apartment.

📍 Location: Bushwick
🚇 -minute walk to J/Z Gates Ave
🚇 -minute walk to the L train at Myrtle–Wyckoff

The room is furnished with a bed and a large dresser.
The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and a big backyard, which is especially great in the summer ☀️

I do have a kitten, so you should be comfortable with a cat 🐱
The only thing to note is that I would need occasional access through your room to reach the backyard, mainly during the summer.

The total apartment rent is $, and I’m taking the larger bedroom.
There will be a formal application through the landlord.
