2BR Apartment for ReLet near MNSU

Rent is $ total with utilities, which comes out to about $ per person if two people live here. Utilities are included except electricity, which usually ends up being around $ total per month (about $ each). Parking is included and pets are allowed.

I’m trying to find 2 people to take over a 2 Bedroom Apartment at The Grove in Mankato for next year.

It’s a 2 bedroom / bath apartment (B2B layout) and I’ve honestly liked living here, I just won’t be staying next year and need to get it covered by early April.

The apartment is unfurnished with an open layout, full kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge), and laundry is right next to the gym. It’s also on the top floor (second level, only two floors total).
Location is super convenient — there’s a bus stop basically right outside and it’s about a minute walk to campus.

One bedroom is noticeably bigger and has the half bathroom attached to it, so it works well if roommates want to split rent slightly differently or if one person wants a little more space.

This is a full lease takeover (not a sublease) for next year. Move-in is flexible if you want to talk about it. I’m also covering the $ re-let fee.

If you already have a roommate, great. If you’re looking for one, that’s totally fine too
