ISO a female roommate to occupy The Roost with!

I am a year old housekeeper with 2 dogs. A blue heeler and a corgi whom will be with me in this home. I went to see it and it’s adorable. The owners are amazing as well. I am social but to myself. I keep a clean space too. I’ve attached the link of what they call The Roost. We’d split the rent down the middle.

A little about the place-



The flat has very reliable, fast Wi-Fi mesh system for remote work or entertainment. and it's close to a fun, very walkable neighborhood with many offerings.



- You enter the flat through a private patio into the kitchen and dining area.



- The well-appointed 2-cook, well-stocked kitchen with 2 FULL-SIZED fridges has butcher block counters, all the small appliances you need. Great storage.



- Each BR suite is lockable. There are queen beds in each and a full bath with tub, nice mirrors, good closets. As you see from the floor plan, each also has its own seating areas with TV, desk, drop-leaf table for large work or projects.

—Quiet neighborhood that’s close to the walkable and fun Division/Clinton district with shops, theaters, craft school, food stores, many ice cream places, parks & pool. Nightlife, and clubs not far for the night owls.
