Sublease March 1st to April th

Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublease my fully furnished room! **WOMEN ONLY**
This is a private room in a bathroom apartment. You would be joining three women (), one of which is looking to move out. There is also a very friendly puppy toy poodle! Two of the girls are considering renewing the lease, so a long-term opportunity might be available!

The apartment is located on nd street and Lexington Ave, a 5 minute walk from th street station with the lines, and the th street station where you can get on the 6 train.

The room includes:
- A full-sized bed
- Tv with Roku stick
- A wall desk
- A full-length rotating mirror armoire
- Thermostat
- Double closet

The building features a gym, laundry, and Amazon locker on the first floor.

The apartment is on the th floor (there are four elevators) and features:
- A dishwasher
- Microwave
- Balcony
- Large oven
- Central AC in the living room

All of my personal belongings (books, PlayStation, trinkets, clothes etc etc) will be removed before you move in!
