Private room in Otay Ranch Condo

I’m and currently work full-time in sales and operations (Monday–Friday). I’m looking for a great roommate to fill a room in a spacious Otay Ranch condo, which I share with one other roommate.

The place has a large open kitchen and living area with modern, upgraded appliances, in-unit laundry, and a big balcony that’s perfect for relaxing. The available bedroom has its own bathroom just next door and includes a parking pass for outside parking.

Rent is $/month plus utilities (split evenly).

The community is awesome — there’s a pool, pickleball court, outdoor grills, and a common seating area right outside the unit. We’re also walking distance to Otay Ranch Town Center, with grocery stores, restaurants, and walking trails all nearby. Super central and convenient.
