Looking for Female College Roommate

Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to share a 1 bedroom apartment next March (Move in Flexible) I have a private bedroom fully furnished including -

- Cooking Utensils aka Microwave, Air Fryer, ect
- Washer and Dryer inside the unit
- Bed, and Bed Frame (Covers & Blankets provided)
- Extra Storage Cabinet
- A Closet
- A Fan and a Cooler
- A Desk and Chair
- Mirrors & Plushies (optional 🤣)

The apartment itself has a TV and a Couch and table fully decorated! The apartment is at the Riviera Apartments in Dallas, minutes drive from UTD, or a 5 min drive to Dallas College Richland Campus.
Must be okay with my two cats. The application fee will be $ to get added to the lease, no security deposit! Rent would be $ (includes wifi, water, trash) plus utilities (electric bill varies). Lease is until November, but it can be renewed! Also I don't want to pay to see so feel free to send me a text through if you are interested, thank you!
