Description

hi! I'm looking for someone to move into my roommate’s room who is moving away end feb/1st March. The contract ends August so we're looking for someone to stay for the full , monthly non inclusive of bills (except, heating is included!) and if you choose to stay and takeover the lease, you are welcome to! :)

Heating is paid for by the landlord so included in the rent, and wifi is included in the price too.

The room comes with the bed, standing lamp, bedside tables, white shelf, and closet-- the rest is my roommate’s bought furniture so if you have any to bring there will be plenty of space!

Looking for a chill, friendly, clean and kind person who is used to living with others and sharing a space. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in this building.
