Hi there! I hope you are doing well. I am Al and I have a room available in a 4 bedroom home. This is a no smoking and pet free home. Room is available for one person, no couples. Bathroom is shared.
The house is in an ideal spot, minutes away from MCO, Walmart, Publix, Aldi, gyms, restaurants, shopping centers, a movie theater, and much more – everything you need is just around the corner! Plus it is located close to Valencia College East Campus as well as to UCF. In fact, as a reference we are located very close to Liberty Middle School.
Key Features:
Private Bedroom with a shared bathroom. The room comes furnished with a bed, comforter, a desk and chair; but you're welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred. It also includes a large closet for ample storage space.
Shared Kitchen: You’ll have dedicated cabinet space for your belongings in the kitchen, in the refrigerator, and in the freezer.
All-Inclusive Rent: $ flat fee covers—electricity, internet, and water.
Quiet, Peaceful, and Clean place to leave. The living room is shared. Parking lot off the street.
Terms:
No cigarette smokers, and no pets allowed.
First month’s rent required for move-in PLUS $ deposit. Rent payment every first day of the month.
I am asking a minimum rental agreement of 8 months or so and a notice of leaving of one month please. Also, picture ID, proof of income, and two references are needed.
