Seeking sublet to replace my roommate moving out March 1. Located in prime Bushwick a block from the DeKalb L and 3 blocks from the Myrtle-Knickerbocker M. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and vibrant nightlife scene present in the area (and a park nearby). Laundry, gym, garage and rooftop access in building.

The room available has a private balcony and gets plenty of natural light. The place is already mostly furnished, but I am open to replacing certain furnishings to accommodate whoever moves in to add their own personal touch/pizzazz. The room is $. Utilities (wi-fi, electricity, Central AC/gas) are not included in rent.

Lil about me: I work in the restaurant industry and usually come back home on the later side, however I tend to wake up early and can easily co-exist with "morning people". I DJ as a side hobby, so at times I'll bump tunes in my room (as long as it's not a disturbance to others!). I'm laid back and don't have a long list of requirements. I just ask that you try your best to be as clean as possible, pay bills within a reasonable amount of time and contribute to pitching in on communal items (Paper towel, TP, soap, sponges, etc.). Uhh what else... friendly, LGBTQ friendly, pet friendly (preferably as long as they're not an absolute demon menace).
