Bath apartment!

Description

Looking for a “roommate”/sub lease to take over our current lease at the Whitley starting April 1st! Third floor unit,
bath. My husband and I purchased a house & will be out of this apartment by the end of March, but we’re still responsible for rent through May st. The complex stated that we can add a roommate to the lease for the remaining two months after which a new lease can be started. But we will not be in the apartment! The unit is called “the bulldog” which can be searched and toured on the Whitley .

Any of these charges besides rent can be removed prior to move in if they’re not needed for you. We are willing to forfeit our security & pet deposits on this appartment if someone is willing to take this over for us. Let me know if you’re interested in a tour!
