Apartment for fall-spring next year

Description

Rent ordinarially is higher for a two person but my lease has 2 referendums which are discounts bringing rent down to the listed price which will be your rate too if you take up my lease. It’s a nice apartment with a balcony, dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, large bathroom and spacious living room and incredibly fast internet as well as a garbage service. The building itself has a common space with outdoor seating and several propane grills which are available to all tenants as well as a parking garage beneath the building. My unit and room specifically are some of the best in the building if you ask me, because you get a second floor balcony as opposed to a ground floor one and I’m on a corner so no noise from outside or from neighbors makes it into the room and the unit is right next to a stairwell that leads right outside. There’s a bus stop right outside the apartment and it’s only about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the main quad.
