This lovely, private and quiet one bedroom studio has its own private pedestrian entrance. It has a Bali style bathroom, a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan, and a new quiet air-condition in the main area. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, a two ring cook top and a lovely timber bench top. The wifi is high speed. The space is suitable for SINGLE occupancy only, and short-ish term only. The space is fantastic for someone who is working for a short period in Perth, who does not want to stay in a hotel. The whole space is extremely clean and very tastefully furnished; the photos do not do it justice as I am rubbish at taking pics!
