Seeking Roommate

Hello,
My name is Ervin Nolasco, I am a yr old graduate student finishing my masters in counseling. My roommate has recently moved out of our 2 bedroom, shared bathroom house and I am seeking a new roommate. The rent is currently $ each person plus utilities, please keep in mind that this house is a little on the older side but it does serve its purpose of being cozy. The room currently comes with a bed and older TV and some night stands as well as a small closet as you can see in the video. The house is less than minutes from the airport and about minutes to midtown(without traffic of course). The lease is flexible just be sure to communicate your needs, I am looking for someone who is not a smoker, who is okay with living with a cat, and respectful, clean, and mindful.
