I have recent moved out of Perkins St, Boston MA, and am looking to sub--lease my room up until June . Looking for someone to move in anytime and ASAP. There is no cheaper listing in the area, especially for the room size, unit size, amenities as well as the unit size (large kitchen and living room area).

I left the biggest room in the unit, that comes with an ensuite bathroom and large closet space. It has 2 wooden bedside tables, a working desk and chair and a wooden chest of drawers (all of high quality, from IKEA).

In terms of amenities, there is a large kitchen and living, washer and dryer, a deck, fast wifi, both A/C and heater.

As seen in the broadcast, there is a total of 4 rooms, of which 3 are currently occupied by my roommates who are all males in their mid s. The unit has a lively environment, with daily / every other day interactions (if wanted). They are all extremely friendly and welcoming. They all respect one another, as well as any rules that are set by individuals (and by you once you move in)

Whole foods and stop and shop are near by, as well as , several mom/pop shops, alcohol store, planet fitness ( minute bus ride). In terms of public transportation, there is a bus stop (Bus minute walk down the road, and 3 Tee stations within minutes of walking distance (Heath Street, Stoney Brook & Jackson Square). (check maps to see other restaurants and bars, there are several).
