Roommate needed for townhouse!

Hey :) Searching for a roommate to rent out my second bedroom/bathroom in my town house that i’m renting. located in Bonita springs off of imperial and in a gated community. i have 2 cats that are very friendly. i am a y/o female who works in the medical field. i cook dinner just about every night and i almost always make enough for 2 people. willing to consider anyone but would really prefer a female. charging $ a month with ALL utilities included. you will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. there’s a shared space for laundry and downstairs there is a kitchen, half bath, and lanai. please let me know if you’re interested so we can chat and see if it could be a good fit! :)
