Apartment in a 6 apartment house. Nice neighborhood on a quiet street, close to South side New Bedford ocean area/Cove Walk/West Beach. Place was renovated in January last year and has fresh paint, new carpets and new plank floors and brand new bathroom tub. Place has a cute backyard with benches and bonfire spot, I have a little portable grill if you’d like to use. Plenty of parking on a wide street and nearby streets also, wifi electric and gas included, nice area especially in the summer with beaches not too far, basketball court close by, nice bakery and pizza place both 2 blocks away. minutes to highway. 3min drive to Stop and Shop. Few convenience stores walking distance. I have large TV to share and full size kitchen with everything needed (plates, silverware, pots etc), espresso machine and air fryer, blender, toaster, toaster-roaster oven, microwave and a gas stove. We are on the 1st floor. It is a sub lease and landlord is aware and you will be meeting him too. No credit check is required but there will be background check needed. I’m looking for someone to roommate with for at least a year. I’m not planning to move out anytime soon but if that happens lease can be reassigned to you if needed. My last roommate lived with me for 2 years and we were a good team and I’m looking for something similar, long term, with good simple communication and trust. I do not communicate through my cell until we meet in person
