Looking for Lease Takeover

Description

Technically, I'm not looking for a roommate, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in an apartment complex (this was the closest option that had). I'm looking for 1 girl to take over my lease at Rittenhouse Station in Newark, DE from January (ends July st). Rittenhouse Station is an apartment complex that is near the University of Delaware (UD) campus. The room is free for the month of January. I had also signed the lease for August , but I am also now looking for 1 girl to take over that lease.
The same person does not have to take over both leases, just please let me know which lease(s) you're interested in.
About the apartment:
- bath
-You'd have your own bedroom, and would share a bathroom with one person
-Three female roommates currently living there, they're juniors at UD
Cost:
-Rent is $ a month
-Utilities/electric is about $ a month
If you are interested in taking over the lease, the sooner the better, but the exact move-in date is flexible.
