Split a b apartment

I live in Goodyear at the Estrella springs apartments. My roommate is and is moving in with her daughter March 4th. One year lease starts March st. But would like to move someone in by the th so rent will start the 1st of April. I can't afford the rent by myself. I am a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. I pretty much keep to myself. I'm looking for a roommate that can afford $ a month for utilities Wi-Fi and rent. Will be a lil more with AC in the summer. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and has great amenities.(Pool, hot tub, gym, walking trails...) Off of the cotton lane and West van Buren st. I am in college and live off of SSDI. I am independent and need to find someone that's the same. You're going to have to pass the background checks with the office and has to make about $ a month to qualify because it's low income housing. Yet can't make more than $ a year. I'm very easy to get along with as long as you pick up after yourself, don't have a revolving door of people coming in, and pay your share of the bills. I will be meeting with people and sitting down with coffee before I decide on living with them for a year. Please dm me about yourself and we can go from there.
