Description

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (as early as February 9). Original rent is $+ below current market rent for the same floor plan), with renewal option available.

Since I’m internationally relocating soon, I am offering a $/mon further discount for up to 7 months (~$) for anyone contacted by February (effective rent $/mon).

I’m also doing a moving sale and can provide most of the items/furniture at little to no cost (if picked up by February).
