Single mom, eleven year old son

Description

I’m Mina, a year-old professional relocating to the Scranton area in mid June for work. I’ll be moving with my son, who is in 5th grade. My son is independent for his age and well-behaved.

I’m hoping to find a female roommate (age flexible) and a calm, friendly home environment. Students or young professionals are very welcome.

I understand that living with a 5th grade boy may not be for everyone. With that in mind, I’m happy to offer Two Hundreds USD
per month as a goodwill stipend to my roommate to acknowledge the shared living situation, with the hope of mutual support and
kindness toward my child.
