Room For Rent Near MSSU

Description

I have a room that will be available for rent with private bathroom at the end of February. It’s on the first floor, close to the pool, and less than a couple miles from MSSU.

No smoking (anything). No kids. No couples. No pets. No alcoholics or recovering addicts.

A background check will be required, including work history and character references.

I don’t have any age requirements but I won’t tolerate drama or disrespect. I lead a clean, drama-free life and I want to keep it that way. You must be gainfully employed (full-time), have been on your job for more than
months, and have your own transportation. No exceptions.

This is what I ask of my roommates:

*Clean up after yourself
*Be respectful
*Turn off lights when you aren’t in the room
*Keep your bathroom clean
*Keep the noise level down

I’m gone during the week (Sunday night - Friday morning) so you’ll be expected to care for my pups while I’m on the road but you’ll have the place to yourself otherwise.

I enjoy cooking so I usually cook a meal or two when I’m home on the weekend if I have a roommate. When I’m home I occupy my time by reading, watching tv, or playing the Xbox for a couple of hours.

I’m a clean and respectful guy. My apartment is always tidy, clean and smells fresh. I have a large Samsung OLED tv with Netflix, Paramount+, AMC+, Peacock, Hulu, Disney+, Discovery+, Amazon Prime,
[REDACTED] I also have the fastest internet available through MediaComm. A JBL soundbar and subwoofer is hooked up to the tv for a great viewing or gaming experience. My sofa and loveseat is comfortable leather with recliners on each end. Washer and dryer also available.

This is a great setup for the right person.
