Furnished townhouse and spare room

Description

I (33 fm) am looking to rent my furnished (or unfurnished) spare room + balcony and private bathroom, in my fully furnished 3 story townhouse to a traveling professional. There is WiFi, tv subscriptions, private roof top on our 3rd floor, shared courtyard w/ fire place, free accessible and safe street parking, and very close to a popular neighborhood with great food, bars, etc. I’m planning to leave the state by August for a few months and would like to have my place filled. I do have a roommate (M, 28) that is rarely there or stays the night (~1x/week). We are strong communicators, respectful, clean, and pet friendly. Ideally, I’ll find someone for 1-3 month stays at a time and happy to work out a deal.
