Description

Room for rent in a single level home overlooking private garden, close to Mt. Hood Community College and hospital for $/mo., utilities included.
Private bedroom has double door access to a second bedroom intentionally set aside as a low-traffic, uncluttered, shared space for personal wellness (exercise, meditation, stretching) rather than general living or social use. Private room has a mini split with remote for individual year round temperature control, including summer A/C.

All utilities and wifi included in monthly rent ($ to cover average share of electric bill, which may need to be reevaluated after 6 months of shared use if increased usage is greater than average).

Shared kitchen/dining area overlook back garden. Cooking appliances, dishes, utensils and Washer/Dryer in utility room all available for your respectful use.

You would use the guest bathroom located near the bedroom and may store personal items there. I keep my personal items in my own bathroom, so the guest bathroom can be set up mainly for you.

Off street parking available for one vehicle. I need someone willing to feed my cat while I am gone days/week, usually on weekends.


Long term renter can be reassured that rent increases do not happen arbitrarily, but are based on actual need, are reasonable, and discussed months in advance.

No tobacco smoking. No additional pets due to my older cat.
