Hello we have 1 BEAUTIFUL ROOM in Brookhaven Buckhead area. It's room/1 person fully furnished. Available to move in now. No pets. minutes from Ga Tech. 5 minutes from Lenox mall. Quiet neighborhood. All the commons areas: kitchen, living room, dining room are yours to use. Shared bathroom with one tenant


- This is shared living. Your room is fully furnished. it would be just you and the guy working for Japanese Embassy downtown ATL (upstair) and a Georgia Tech PhD student. We are all working professional here so no party loud music etc..
- Utilities are not included. We sent you guys the actual bills and you just split them 3 ways. Making it fair for everyone.
- All the common areas living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and basement storage are yours to use
- There is a basement for you to store your stuffs
- 6 months term minimum
- No Pet. One person per room.
- We do standard income and background check.

- So to hold the place until that day that you want to move in . It would be $ and will be apply to the first month rent. Total cost for moving would be $ security deposit + $ first month rent. You get your security deposit back when you move out according to the term. And Yes. We do Pro-rate for whatever days you don't use in the first month. If the initial $ deposit is too much for you. Please let me know. I can definitely work with you. We can split it into 2 months payment ($)
