Room wanted in Phoenix

Description

I’m a respectful, clean, and responsible individual seeking a room to rent. Prior military service and currently work full-time with the United States Postal Service.

I’m looking to rent a room while I save money to start a family with my fiancé, who will be joining me once her is approved. I would need the flexibility to move out pending a job transfer I may need to stay only a couple of months or as long as twelve months, as there’s no way of knowing when the transfer will go through.

I’m quiet, tidy, and dependable tenant who will take great care of your space.

Downtown Phoenix area is preferable.
