We’re a professional, family-oriented household searching for a full house rental in Surrey, ideally available April.
Our must-haves: • Minimum 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms (ensuite preferred for one bedroom)
• Fenced backyard (front yard a bonus)
• Garage
• Preferably newly renovated
• Located in a family-oriented neighborhood
About us: • I work full-time as a nurse at St. Paul’s Hospital
• My spouse works full-time as the Re-Con Manager at Journey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
• We have two children
• One well-behaved medium/large family dog, Yofi (she’s calm, trained, and very loved)
Why we’re ideal tenants: • Non-smokers, non-drinkers
• Quiet, respectful, and take pride in our home
• Excellent current & previous landlord references
• Renters insurance in place
• Completed the government-funded “Renting It Right” course (certificates available)
We’re looking for a long-term rental to truly call home, not a short stay.
