Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take my lease at Falcons Pointe from August . My rent is currently cheaper than the normal rate, sitting at $ a month with about $ in utilities.


You will have access to amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tanning beds, and a gym. The apartment also comes fully furnished including your own washer and dryer



This is a bath with the bathrooms being in each room. It is currently an empty apartment, so you would be able to find your own roommates, or you will be assigned random roommates.
