4 bed house for rent by uwm campus

Hi everyone! My roommates and I are all heading in different life directions and will be moving out around the same time, so we’re looking to sublease our entire house starting March 1st, with one room available as early as February 7th. If someone wants to move in early, we’re happy to work out a prorated rent arrangement for February.

The lease runs through July st, and the landlord is typically very open to renewing—I've personally lived here for years and absolutely loved it!

Rent:
$ total ($ per person when split three ways)
4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom — adding a 4th person would make rent even cheaper
Utilities average ~$/person in summer and ~$/person in winter
WiFi not included

The House:
4 free off-street parking spots behind the house
Spacious backyard with sliding doors and a mini deck
Large enclosed front porch
Brand new refrigerator, plus newer oven and microwave
Dishwasher
Washer and dryer (coin-operated) in the basement
Tons of basement storage
One bedroom is currently used as extra storage / a massive closet

Location:
Quiet, safe neighborhood
Walking distance to UWM campus
Close to the Oak Leaf Trail, , and several fast-food spots

Landlord:
Private landlord
Very responsive and easy to work with
No pets allowed, though he did make a one-time exception for my cat (featured in the videos)
