The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress. You’ll have full access to the shared spaces in the apartment, including the living room, balcony, full kitchen, and laundry area. There’s also a nice view from both the bedroom and the balcony. Off-street parking is plentiful. Residents also have access to a community building with a pool, gym, and quiet Wi-Fi study/work areas. Circa is located in Lithia, a quiet, safe, and well-kept neighborhood, and it’s within easy walking distance of Publix and several other shops and conveniences. Rent is $1,200 per month, with a $500 security deposit ($1,700 total to move in).
