This room will be available from Feb 1st (for about 5months)

The location of the apartment is in Hell’s Kitchen/9ave. Walk up building/2nd floor.

The apartment and Bedroom is very quiet. Bedroom is not that big but it’s enough size for one person who doesn’t have a lot of stuff. The room is fully furnished with comfortable bed (There are 4drawer in the room, small table and a new AC in the room.)

I live in the apartment. you have the bedroom to yourself. The bedroom and my room are seperated by the kitchen, so we won't interfer with each other's privacy. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room with all new machines Live in super

I’m looking for a clean and quiet roommate. Work outside the apartment. No smokers please. No homebody ( I’m open to negotiation on the rent depends on your schedule) I prefer someone who does light cooking (making simple food, using the microwave- basic stuff) or cooks once a week.

Close walk to the C,E subway on blocks to Columbus Circle & Central Park Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, local cafes, and the Hudson River just around the corner!

• renting out the room for about months but you could stay longer. also interested in people who wants to stay for a week or short term while trying to find their own apartment/room or traveling.
